At 22cm in diameter, they’re the perfect size for traditional Vietnamese rolls, homemade spring roll wraps, plant-based lunch wraps or DIY grazing platters.
No cooking needed — simply dip in warm water for a few seconds and they’re ready to roll.

RECIPE! Fresh Vietnamese Vegetarian Rice Paper Rolls
A simple no-fuss recipe you can whip up any day of the week.
You’ll need:
• 8–10 Spiral Foods Organic Rice Paper sheets
• 1 cup vermicelli noodles (cooked + cooled)
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 1 cucumber, julienned
• 1 small handful mint leaves
• 1 small handful coriander leaves
• 1 cup shredded wombok or lettuce
• ½ avocado, sliced (optional but delicious!)
• Cooked tofu strips or tempeh (optional)
Dipping Sauce:
• 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp finely grated ginger
• Optional: a little chilli
Method:
1. Prep your fillings so everything is ready to go.
2. Soften a rice paper sheet by dipping it into warm water for 3–5 seconds. Lay flat on a clean board.
3. Layer your fillings: a small amount of noodles, crunchy veg, herbs and tofu/tempeh if using.
4. Roll it up: fold the sides in, then roll firmly from the bottom like a burrito.
5. Repeat until you’ve used all your fillings.
6. Whisk together the dipping sauce and serve immediately.
