Mungalli Organic Fetta is a rich, full-cream biodynamic cheese with a firm, crumbly texture that stays beautifully moist. It has a clean, tangy flavour that pairs perfectly with salads, pizzas and pasta dishes. Stored in brine for freshness, it’s also ideal for marinating at home to create your own flavour twists.

Ingredients: Biodynamic full cream milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter culture.

FYI – “Feta” (one ‘t’) is the traditional Greek PDO cheese made from sheep and/or goat’s milk. “Fetta” (two ‘t’s) refers to similar brined cheeses made outside Greece, often using cow’s milk—like many Australian versions.
