Mungalli Creek is an organic dairy farm and applies bio-dynamic principles and practices. This is a tub-set yoghurt with a delicate curd that you can spoon straight out of the pot and tastes simply divine! Davidsons’ plum’s are quite sour, and add a slight tartness to our yoghurt which is refreshing. Our milk is unhomogenised so the cream sits naturally at the top. Enjoy our yoghurt as a snack, on top of your favourite bircher muesli for breakfast, or perfect for dessert as is. Ingredients: Biodynamic Full Cream Milk, Organic Milk Solids, Passionfruit, Organic Sugar, Live Cultures (L. acidophilus, Bifidobacterium).

Mungalli Biodynamic Ricotta is made with rich, creamy Biodynamic full cream milk, this ricotta is as pure as it gets – light, buttery and wonderfully versatile. A true kitchen staple, it’s loved by kids and adults alike for its smooth texture and delicate flavour. Spread it on crackers, stir it through pasta, crumble it over pizza or salads, or try it baked into something special like Spinach Gnudi (think gnocchi, only better!). However you use it, Mungalli Ricotta brings a little biodynamic magic to every meal. Mungalli Creek Biodynamic Natural Yoghurt is as pure as it gets..

Created using traditional farmhouse methods in their modern production facility on the farm. Their products embrace purity and simplicity, omitting the use of additives such as emulsifiers, gelatines or colourants. The bio-dynamic farming techniques used enhance the soil health and life, creating highly nutritious products with real flavour.

Mungalli Creek Farm is in a high rainfall area and the soils are predominantly derived from rich volcanic basalt which grows high quality pastures for the cows to graze on. The summer pastures are predominantly tropical grasses (seteria and brachiaria) and legume (pinto peanut) and rye grass and clover in Winter. Due to the predominance of Jersey cows in the herd, the milk is rich and creamy ideal for making yoghurts and cheeses.

This product is certified bio-dynamic by Demeter.
