Pomegranate season is here and we have a fresh batch arriving Wednesday. Those jewel-bright little gems, the sweet-tart flavour — and honestly, cracking one open with the kids is half the fun!
🥗 Pomegranate, Spinach & Feta Salad (On the table in 10 minutes)
You’ll need:
- 2 big handfuls of baby spinach
- Seeds of 1 pomegranate
- ½ cup crumbled fetta (try our new mungalli brand!)
- A handful of toasted walnuts or pecans
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt & pepper
Toss it all together, drizzle over the dressing and serve straight away. Beautiful alongside grilled chicken or fish, or just with some good sourdough on the side. Simple food at its best.

🍁 Maple Macadamia Caramel — Rich dark chocolate (48.5% cacao) wrapped around a dreamy macadamia caramel with a kiss of maple syrup and a pinch of Australian sea salt. This one is dangerously good.

A little backstory… 💬
Many of you have noticed The Patch Organics chicken has been hard to come by lately. The farm has been facing the very real possibility of their abattoir closing, which has made supply really uncertain. They’re actively working on finding other options and we’re right behind them — this is exactly the kind of local, ethical producer we want to support for the long haul!
So when stock comes in, it goes FAST. Today is one of those days!
