Bello Beef is regenerative, 100% grass-fed & grass-finished beef. It tastes different because animals are treated ethically, allowing the cattle to graze naturally on a smorgasbord of grass & pasture diversity, for their whole life. NEVER feeding grain. Never using chemicals, synthetics or hormones.

Bello Beef is owned and operated by Sam and George Baker. Sam, a fourth-generation farmer from Moonie, Queensland, was chasing a more sustainable future for his family farm. He met George in 2010 and together they started their organic farming journey, focussing on the connection between soil and human health. In 2019, they found Levenvale Farm and started farming cattle using regenerative farming and organic methods.
