Made from the juice of organically grown fully ripened Trebbiano grapes, cooked and simmered for hours to a reduction called “Mosto Cotto” (must). Then cooled in barrels and aged, turning into vinegar.
For dressings, making glazes and adds body to sauces.
Ingredients: 100% certified organic balsamic vinegar.
