Haloumi – Symons
Made with rich creamy milk from our farmers in Western Victoria this organic cheese is moderately salted and moist with a creamy texture. With its high melting point it is delicious grilled on a frypan with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon on top. Great source of protein.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow’s Milk, Salt, Microbial (Non-Animal) Rennet.
