Rich in B-vitamins, folic acid, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, riboflavin, it is one of the herbs containing the highest levels of folates. Also contains Vitamin A and C, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, and magnesium. Makes a beautiful body balm with cacao butter and coconut oil.
