Maddrake Mushroom Farm’s organic mushroom stock powder is a local Nambucca Valley produced, vegan, gluten-free and salt-free thickening agent for gravies, sauces and dressings (no cornflour needed) AND a natural flavour enhancer for any dish.

Our organic mushroom stock powder is made from mushrooms grown, dried and powdered on the farm and has a shelf-life of up to two years (when kept dry).

You can use as much or as little as you fancy (add to taste).
