The Aji Limon Chilli is bright yellow and citrusy, like its namesake. It is also commonly known as Hot Lemon, Lemon Drop, Aji Lemon, Aji Limo or Hot Lemon Drop. It measures in between 15,000 to 30,000 Scoville Heat Units, and is used widely in Peruvian cooking, adding both a citrus tang and a chilli sting.
