A slow cooking favourite, our organic, grass-fed Osso Bucco comes packaged in two portions.
The cut of beef is around an inch and a half thick portion from the shank. This area of the animal, the hind shank, produces a ring of meat from the shin that is the most tender and sweetest on the entire animal. The essential ingredient in the dish “Osso Bucco”. Be sure to eat the marrow, it’s delicious!
