Sam, a fourth-generation farmer from Moonie, Queensland, was chasing a more sustainable future for his family farm. He met George in 2010 and together they started their organic farming journey, focussing on the connection between soil and human health. In 2019, they found Levenvale Farm and started farming cattle using regenerative farming and organic methods.
