🔧 Why we rebuilt it

Our old site served us well for years, but it was starting to creak. Small fixes took far too long, and there were loads of little things we wanted to do for you that it just couldn't manage. Stifled by an old platform.

So we rolled up our sleeves and rebuilt the whole thing from scratch. It's taken a good few months of long hours (Sarah..."Coming to bed yet babe?" .. "Yeah in a minute".. 🙄). But the result is a site that's faster, friendlier and much easier to use. It also runs on a platform that makes it far easier for us to fix things and add new features whenever we need to.

📍 Finding out what we deliver to you

Check your area. Type your address into the box on the homepage. You'll instantly see your delivery days, the order cut-off, your delivery fee and any nearby pickup spots. There's no more hunting through suburb lists.

My Usuals gathers the things you order most in one place, built from your order history. Heart anything else you love and it joins the list. When it's time to reorder, Add all to cart fills your box in one tap. And it's organised by category, so it's easy to look through and place a quick order from your favourite stuff.

🔁 Set & Forget, without the fuss

Regular boxes are the heart of what we do, so we put a lot of love into this part.

Managing your box takes just a few taps:

• pause or skip a week when you're away
• swap your box to a different size (you've been asking for this for a while!)
• change your delivery day
• add a one-off extra to your next delivery

Whenever life calls for it, you're in control.

Top-ups. Forgot the lemons? You can add to a delivery that's already booked, and there's no second delivery fee.

💳 A checkout that gets out of your way

We tidied the checkout into four clear steps: where it's going, your details, any delivery notes, and payment. You'll always know what's in your box and when it's arriving.

• Address lookup: start typing and pick your address from the list.
• More ways to pay: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card saved securely for next time.
• One click for returning customers: jump straight from delivery to payment.

It just feels more modern and slick.

🎁 Rewards that are easy to follow

Your account now has a proper Rewards page. It shows your points balance, your store credit and when anything is due to expire. You earn a point for every dollar you spend, and every 500 points turns into $10 of credit.

Refer a friend is easier too. Share your link or tap Email a friend. Your friend gets $20 off their first order and you get $10 credit once they've ordered.

👩‍🌾 Meet the people behind your box

Our new Growers page introduces the local farmers and producers who grow what ends up in your kitchen. Head to our Recipes (more coming soon) & News for ideas on what to do with this week's haul.

✅ What you need to do

Nothing at all! Your email and password carry across, and so do your rewards points, gift cards and any Set & Forget subscription. Just visit the site as usual and sign in.

🌱 It'll keep getting better

This is day one, not the finish line. Over the coming weeks and months we'll keep adding helpful features and polishing the rough edges. The new platform means we can move quickly when you tell us something could be better.

We've spent months testing everything carefully. Still, a brand-new site can have the odd hiccup.
