Garlic Scapes - 180g Bunch - Bargain!

Garlic scapes are the green, curly, and tender shoots that grow from the garlic bulb. They have a mild garlic flavour with a hint of sweetness and are often harvested before the garlic bulb matures. They can be used in stir-fries, pesto, or grilled, adding a fresh, delicate garlic taste.
