Deva Raw Chocolate - Sour Cherry

This is the bar for anyone who likes a bit of contrast. Soft, tart sour cherries cut through smooth raw dark chocolate, and the gentle sweetness of raw honey bridges the two. Think Black Forest, only brighter and cleaner.

It took Silver at the 2022 Clean + Conscious Awards, a year after Deva's Macadamia bar won Bronze. That makes two medal-winning bars from one small Bellingen kitchen.

Maggie and Ming make every bar by hand. It's sweetened only with honey and wrapped in certified home-compostable film and recycled card. The box art is by Coffs Coast illustrator Alyson Pearson.

Ingredients: Cacao paste, cacao butter, honey, sour cherries, vanilla bean, sea salt.
Dietary: Free from dairy, soy, refined sugar and artificial colours, flavours and preservatives (producer statement). Contains honey, so not vegan.
