Since 1919, the Symons family has been delivering milk in Bendigo, long before herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics and genetic modification were used in agriculture.

Three generations later, Bruce Symons is a passionate advocate of organic farming and food. Symons Organic Dairy is proud to present their delicious range of certified organic dairy products. They’re made from milk the traditional way with cows who feed on grass and are free to roam.

Kefir made simply with organic milk, kefir grains and starter cultures. Some cream rises to the surface.

This organic Kefir is made from milk supplied by three farmer suppliers who have been farming organically (and biodynamically) for more than 30 years.

Symons Organic Dairy makes a range of certified organic dairy products in Mortlake, Western Victoria. The delicious dairy products are made from Jersey cows who are free to graze all day long on lush Western Victorian pastures.

Made with rich creamy milk from our farmers in Western Victoria this organic cheese is moderately salted and moist with a creamy texture. With its high melting point it is delicious grilled on a frypan with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon on top. Great source of protein. The cream is separated from our locally sourced organic milk and churned into butter at the factory in Camperdown, Western Victoria. The organic cows that supply the delicious milk are free to graze on lush pastures all day, all year round. Grass-fed butter contains five times more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) than butter from grain-fed cows.
