2. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card on our secure website. 

3. Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes

For a Bello Food Box Delivery, a delivery and handling charge of $11 (inc GST) applies to all orders, unless special consideration is made by us. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all delivery, handling charges & taxes as laid out below in these terms and conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Bello Food Box has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or refund the value of the item or service. Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome. To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone including a picture and your concern. ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Orders can be cancelled 24hrs prior to your delivery or earlier. If you cancel within 24hrs or less of your delivery day a 50% charge of the total order will be incurred. The other 50% will be refunded back to the account you paid on.

5. Delivery Conditions

In order to purchase groceries from Bello Food Box, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Bello Food Box provides delivery services. Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the Bello Food Box delivery area will not be processed. Delivery days are every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, depending on your location. See our delivery information page for more information. Bello Food Box reserves the right to alter delivery timetable, in the circumstances of an unforeseen and unavoidable event.

Bello Food Box accepts that in the event of goods arriving damaged via our own transport, we will replace the goods delivered free of charge or a credit will be issued for your next delivery.

6. Unattended deliveries

Bello Food Box cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We recommend that you have a designated area ready for us to deliver your order and that your order is brought inside and stored correctly ASAP.

7. Refrigerated Products

Bello Food Box provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with Food Health & Safety standards.  If you are not home at the time of delivery it is highly recommended that customers leave out an esky or cooler bag.  Refrigerated items are left on customers’ doorsteps at the customers risk and Bello Food Box does not take responsibility or spoiled products as a result an order being left unattended after delivery has been made.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bello Food Box maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Bello Food Box will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

While we apologise if any errors have been made, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages and all users do so at their own risk.
