Herb – Sage Flowers
We enjoy this royal herb often, usually stirred in through stews or casserole style dishes. Our burnt sage butter has also been known to make surprise last minute appearances at the dinner table, to everyone’s cheer! Known to have counter-irritant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-fungal and anti-septic properties. A rich source of several B-complex groups of vitamins, such as folic acid, thiamin, pyridoxine and riboflavin. Also contains potassium, zinc, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, and magnesium.
