Perfect for making your own special organic tomato sauce!! We recommend to fry off a few brown onions with Italian Garlic in Olive Oil, then add 2kg chopped tomatoes with a little bag of Mr.Cs Basil Mix, a good dose of salt & pepper and simmer for as long as you can handle the amazing aromas!! This sauce will keep in the fridge for at least a week, but rarely lasts that long… Eggplant is also a beautiful addition, fried with the garlic and onions… We’re getting hungry!!
