Certified Organic. High in vitamin C, these little babies are are great addition to a salad or stir fry, or when sliced make the perfect ring for our morning fried egg. The red variety is also rich in beta carotene which the body converts to vitamin A. Vitamin A is important for healthy skin, boosts the immune system, and aids vision. Technically speaking, a capsicum is classified as a fruit – but as foodies, we like to group it together with other savoury delights, so here we are choosing to classify it as a vegetable – we hope you don’t mind 🙂
