Oxhill Organics runs a certified organic farm at Redbank near Port Macquarie where they produce organic eggs, milk and meat. All the animals on the farm benefit from the organic farming methods used, including being rotated around diverse, nutritious pastures and no vaccinations. Cows are solely pasture fed, while the diet of their pigs and chickens is supplemented by some grain.
