Native to our own east coast rainforests, macadamias are our true local nut and therefore they should be number one on our list when it comes to choosing a good nut to eat! Rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc. 100 g of macadamias provides 23% of daily-recommended levels of dietary fibre. Use them in salads, desserts, cereals, smoothies or eat them by the handful.
